“Will Pablo ever be able to read?  I honestly do not know the answer to that question.  But there is one thing I do know . . . ASL Tales is the book that has opened that possibility here at home! WOW!  So . . . we only have 2 books and it is time for some more!”                 - See more from Pablo’s Mom

                ASL Tales
ASL or PECs for nonverbal children? ...if teachers/administrators made peace with sign language and parents understood how it works...it would be used. Funny thing about communicating with you hands is, you can get them wet, you can't leave them on a bus, you can't forget them...you always have them... - Staff member using our books with nonverbal students
Our stories make so much visual sense that even children who are severely language delayed are enjoying our books.  We are constantly discovering applications for students: using the vibrancy of facial expression in ASL to learn to identify social cues; using the clear visual representation of an English message to help children discover underlying meanings in English; providing a natural and engaging form of ASL for both students and educators/caregivers to learn language that will enhance their communication. The possibilities are constantly being discovered. The possibilities are constantly being discovered. We are certain that if your child is already using some sign, ASL Tales will wow you and your family.
